I’m an Attorney-at-Law, entrepreneur and co-founder of Attorneys-at-Law TRUST., a Helsinki-based transaction boutique built around a simple idea: clients need more than technically correct legal advice — they need lawyers who understand the business, the technology and the deal. My main focus is M&A, private equity and strategic investments, particularly where technology, intellectual property or complex commercial questions are at the heart of the transaction. Outside work, I split my time between Helsinki and Marbella, life revolves around my two daughters and extended family — with guitar, golf, running, the gym and the dog competing enthusiastically for whatever time remains.
